Digest of matchmove for screen pop-up

For marketing videos, including commercials and ads for Adventure Academy, an educational virtual world for kids, we aimed to quickly and visually convey the product’s features. We did this by supplementing the gameplay footage with additional videos and images. Specifically, we added green-framed screens to the gameplay footage to showcase numerous learning activity videos. Because the gameplay footage was a single layer, we used motion tracking to match the pop-up screens to the movements in the original video.
